Susan Ayers thoroughly dissects legal problems for clients. Due to Ms. Ayers’ strong trial advocacy skills, she consistently positions her clients for successful civil litigation outcomes. Ms. Ayers boasts a track record of court victories and settlements.
Ms. Ayers brings extensive and vast legal knowledge and experience to your legal matters. She has practiced law for over 20 years in a variety of practice areas. Ms. Ayers served formerly as a Senior Attorney for the State of Florida, and also held various in-house counsel positions such as for La Jolla Development Company in San Diego. Not only does Ms. Ayers posses extensive experience working on behalf of real estate developers, but she is well versed in real estate litigation. Having her Florida Brokers License also gives her even deeper insight into client real estate matters.
After completing her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, Ms. Ayers worked in San Diego, California as a Contract Analyst at Cubic Defense Systems and then as a Business Analyst at San Diego Gas & Electric. During that time, she completed her MSBA at night at San Diego State University with highest honors. Ms. Ayers went on to UC Law, San Franciso (Hastings College of Law). During law school, Ms. Ayers worked in the Legal Tax Division of Price Waterhouse Coopers and completed an externship for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert W. Alberts of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, Santa Ana Division.
